I recently received access to JetBrains IntelliJ's Junie agent and Anthropic's Claude Code.
These represent the next step change in user experience. Not chat. Not autocomplete. Something different. Integrated into the dev environment, which is the IDE for Junie and the CLI for Claude Code.
Editing of multiple related files like I previously demonstrated with GitHub Copilot Agent mode is now commonplace and ubiquitous.
Naturally, I had Claude Code fill in the URL in the previous paragraph. Glorious.
